How tier upgrades work
Your tier is calculated based on your trailing 30-day referral revenue. When you consistently hit the next tier threshold for a full month, you are automatically upgraded. Tier downgrades work the same way - if your volume decreases, you may move to a lower tier. This ensures active partners are always rewarded fairly.

Payout Details
Everything you need to know about getting paid
Payout Schedule
Commissions are paid monthly. Earnings are locked in after a 30-day hold period to account for refunds, then paid on the 15th of each month.
Minimum Threshold
The minimum payout amount is $50. If your balance is below this, it rolls over to the next month automatically.
Payment Method
We use Stripe Connect for automatic payouts. Connect your bank account during onboarding for seamless transfers.
Refund Policy
If a referred customer requests a refund within 30 days, the associated commission is deducted from your balance.

How to set up your payout account

Log into your Partner Portal
Navigate to Settings > Payouts in your partner dashboard.

Click "Connect with Stripe"
You will be redirected to Stripe to create or connect your account.

Complete Stripe Onboarding
Provide your banking details, tax information, and identity verification as required by Stripe.

Start Receiving Payouts
Once connected, your commissions will be automatically deposited on the 15th of each month.
